Responsibilities:
• Implement and execute sourcing strategies with the aim of generating a candidate flow
• Conduct meetings with candidates to screen and gain an understanding of their skills and interest
• Assess applicants’ relevant knowledge, skills, soft skills, experience and aptitudes
• Use resources to identify appropriate candidate for target recruiting
• Build and maintain relationships with passive and active candidates
• Act as a point of contact and build influential candidate relationships during the interview process

Requirements
• 2 to 5 years of experience recruiting for IT professionals
• Strong communication skills, both verbal and written
• Ability to learn quickly and think on your feet
• Strong work ethic
• Ethical and strong decision-making skills
