We are currently looking for a Director of Business Development to further our growth and expand new divisions.
• Identify and qualify high-value sales opportunities through lead follow up, cold-call prospecting, and networking
• Prospect and identify potential organizations and decision makers/influencers in those organizations to target
• Use creative methods to individually drive sales across a wide list of key clients to acquire new business and grow existing accounts
• Develop an expert understanding of our firms services and process
• Meet with clients and present our services with assistance from recruiting team
• Successfully move opportunities through the pipeline full cycle to close
• Build and manage a healthy pipeline of qualified opportunities to meet/exceed sales objectives and key performance metrics
• Maintain complete and accurate records of all sales activity
• 8-12 years of experience in business development for a recruiting firm
• Proficiency in prospecting, developing, managing and closing business
• Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong presentation and communication skills
• Consistently go above and beyond to exceed sales goals
