What You’ll Be Doing…
Identifying and recruiting active and passive candidates using a variety of channels, including referrals, networking, internal databases, and innovative research tactics.
Building close partnerships with clients and assisting in growing their business by developing and delivering the best solutions for attracting candidates
Managing the recruiting process from interview to offer stage and beyond
Interviewing and assessing candidate qualifications by developing deep-rooted industry knowledge
Offering advice to prospective applicants and existing clients, including resume preparation, interview preparation, salary negotiation strategy, education on current market trends

Integrity and confidentiality
2+ years of sales experience is a plus
1-2 years of recruiting coordination/sourcing experience is a plus
