Atlas Search is an executive recruiting firm with over 40 employees and offices in New York City  and Pittsburgh.  We are looking for a full time receptionist for our New York office.


  • Provide an excellent experience for clients, candidates, and all visitors to the office in Midtown Manhattan
  • Answer and direct incoming phone calls
  • Greet guests and get them set up in a conference room
  • Promptly respond to employee requests via email
  • Assist with day-to-day administrative aspects of recruiting
  • Receive all packages and contact employees for pick-up
  • Enter visitor requests into Building Security systems
  • Help maintain meeting rooms, office supplies, and pantries
  • Contribute to the improvement of operational and administrative efficiency
  • Type, format and edit documents in Microsoft Word
  • Assist with other ad-hoc projects


  • At least 1-4 years of experience within customer service and/or administration
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite
  • Excellent verbal and written communication
  • Highly organized and meticulously detail-oriented
  • Positive attitude and warm, welcoming demeanor
  • Professional and polite etiquette on the phone and in-person
  • Punctual and dependable
  • Ability to be resourceful and proactive in dealing with issues that may arise
  • Ability to work autonomously and as a team player
  • College degree preferred
