Location: New York, NY

Salary: $15-$18/hr

Responsibilities Include:

  • Handling general receptionist tasks (answer phones, taking notes, forwarding calls, leaving messages etc)
  • Providing administrative support (filing, scanning, entering data etc)
  • Serving as a liaison with both internal and external parties

Experience Required:

  • Must have a Bachelor’s degree
  • Articulate, polished and the ability to handle a fast past environment
  • Demonstrated leadership and professional service experience
  • 0-3 years experience (prior knowledge of using a phone in a work setting is useful)
  • Knowledge of MS Office products including Outlook, PowerPoint, and Word
  • Exceptional organizational, problem-solving, and communication skills
