Recruiting Coordinator

Location: New York, NY

Salary: $55,000 to $65,000

A leading financial services firm is looking for a recruiting coordinator to join their dynamic team in supporting various business and helping the firm grow through recruiting efforts.

Responsibilities include:
• Act as the main point of contact for candidates and external agencies
• Coordinate in-house interviews to ensure that interviews stay on track, facilitating pivots when necessary
• Serve as main point of contact for hiring managers about candidates in process
• Send interview line ups to scheduling team
• Generate feedback the day of an interview
• Gather written feedback from interviewers, create hiring packets for hiring meetings, and attend hiring meetings
• Work with schedulers, sourcers, and recruiters for efficient handoffs in process
• Create weekly packet with all candidates at in-house interview stage for senior managers to review

Experience required:
• 1-2 years of recruiting coordination experience at a professional services firm
• Strong communication skills, written and verbal
• A Bachelor’s degree
• Ability to prioritizing work based on urgency
• Organized and detail oriented
• People-oriented and social
