They are looking for an HR Assistant to support the HR team in various administrative and operational tasks. This role is ideal for someone with 1-2 years of HR experience, particularly in healthcare, though it’s not a strict requirement. The base pay range for this position is $18 to $25 per hour. Actual compensation offered to the successful candidate may vary from posted hiring range based upon geographic location, work experience, education, and/or skill level, among other things. Details about eligibility for bonus compensation (if applicable) will be finalized at the time of offer.
Job Responsibilities
- Electronic File Maintenance: Manage and organize employee records and files, ensuring accuracy and compliance with privacy regulations
- Recruiting Coordination: Assist in the coordination of recruiting efforts, including job postings, scheduling interviews, and ensuring offer approvals/extensions are handled promptly
- Temp/Intern/Volunteer Placements: Support administrative tasks for placements of temporary staff, interns, and volunteers
- HR Administrative Support: Handle general administrative support tasks for the HR department, ensuring the smooth running of day-to-day operations
Job Requirements
- High School Diploma is required
- Bachelor’s degree in a related field is a plus but not mandatory
- 1-2 years of HR experience preferred; experience in healthcare is a plus
- Strong organizational skills
- Attention to detail
- Ability to manage multiple tasks
- Proficiency in MS Office Suite
