They are seeking a licensed, Spanish-speaking Therapist (LMHC, LMSW, or LCSW) to provide therapy services to individuals, families, and groups in Bronxville, NY. The annual base salary range is $70,000 to $80,000. Actual compensation offered to the successful candidate may vary from posted hiring range based upon geographic location, work experience, education, and/or skill level, among other things. Details about eligibility for bonus compensation (if applicable) will be finalized at the time of offer.
Job Responsibilities
- Conduct comprehensive assessments and develop individualized treatment plans
- Provide therapeutic interventions, including individual, family, and group therapy, tailored to clients’ needs
- Maintain accurate, timely, and confidential clinical documentation
- Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team, including psychiatrists, case managers, and other therapists, to coordinate care
- Deliver culturally sensitive services to the Spanish-speaking community, considering linguistic and cultural nuances
- Participate in community outreach and education initiatives to promote mental health awareness
Job Requirements
- Licensure: Current licensure as LMHC, LMSW, or LCSW in NY
- Language Skills: Fluent in Spanish and English (required)
- Experience: 1+ year of post-graduate experience providing therapy preferred, but new graduates with relevant training are welcome to apply
- Strong understanding of culturally responsive care for Spanish-speaking clients
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
