About the Opportunity
Our client, a leading healthcare organization, is seeking a board-certified Interventional Cardiologist to become part of a dynamic cardiovascular team in Essex County, NJ. This opportunity offers the chance to work in a forward-thinking clinical environment that prioritizes patient outcomes, innovation, and collaborative care.
The annual base salary range is $200,000 to $300,000. Actual compensation offered to the successful candidate may vary from posted hiring range based upon geographic location, work experience, education, and/or skill level, among other things. Details about eligibility for bonus compensation (if applicable) will be finalized at the time of offer.
Job Responsibilities
- Deliver specialized care through minimally invasive procedures such as stent placements, angioplasty, and other catheter-based interventions
- Perform diagnostic evaluations including cardiac catheterizations to assess and treat cardiovascular conditions
- Collaborate with a diverse team of healthcare professionals to create and implement personalized treatment strategies
- Provide ongoing management and consultations for patients with complex cardiac disorders
- Participate in a shared on-call rotation to support continuity of care
- Contribute to clinical quality initiatives and, where applicable, research efforts
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of evolving techniques, technologies, and clinical guidelines in interventional cardiology
Job Requirements
- Medical degree (MD or DO) from an accredited institution
- Board certification in both Cardiology and Interventional Cardiology
- Completion of a recognized fellowship in interventional cardiology
- Demonstrated expertise in a wide range of interventional procedures
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills with a team-oriented mindset
