About the Opportunity
Our client is seeking experienced Central Sterile Processing Technicians to provide immediate coverage across multiple hospital sites in Westchester County. These roles offer consistent Monday through Friday scheduling, competitive pay, and the chance to support high-volume surgical and clinical departments during an urgent staffing need. Central Sterile Processing Technicians are essential to patient safety and hospital operations. You’ll be responsible for decontaminating, assembling, and sterilizing instruments and equipment used in surgical and clinical care. This project offers the opportunity to support multiple facilities during a critical staffing period.
The base pay for this position is $37 to $42 per hour. Actual compensation offered to the successful candidate may vary from posted hiring range based upon geographic location, work experience, education, and/or skill level, among other things. Details about eligibility for bonus compensation (if applicable) will be finalized at the time of offer.

Job Responsibilities
- Decontaminate, clean, assemble, and sterilize surgical instruments and trays
- Operate sterilization equipment and document processing cycles accurately
- Inspect instruments for functionality and safety
- Maintain proper storage, inventory, and distribution of sterile supplies
- Support operating rooms and clinical departments with timely instrument turnover
- Follow aseptic technique, sterilization standards, and infection control policies
Job Requirements
- High School Diploma or GED
- Active CRCST or CBSPD certification (required)
- 2 + years of Central Sterile Processing Technician experience (required)
