About the Opportunity
Our client is a prestigious financial services firm that is actively seeking a Human Resources Manager to join their team. The role requires a high level of adaptability and flexibility to effectively address the dynamic needs of the organization. This is a broad-based HR Manager position, touching on all HR operations and employee life cycle. This role MUST work West Coast (PST) hours, but can sit 100% remote in the United States!
The annual base salary range is $95,000 to $125,000. Actual compensation offered to the successful candidate may vary from posted hiring range based upon geographic location, work experience, education, and/or skill level, among other things. Details about eligibility for bonus compensation (if applicable) will be finalized at the time of offer.
Job Responsibilities
- Create a scalable, cohesive HR infrastructure that is tailored to employees at all levels
- Manage the full life cycle recruitment process from candidate to end to end onboarding experience, creating seamless, scalable, and highly effective processes that ensure new employees feel welcomed, ramped and integrated into the business and team
- Develop, implement, enforce policies that are compliant, practical, and are aligned with the culture and environment we want to create for our employees and to support the business
- Engage with employees on employee relations matters, cultural initiatives, and day to day process development and improvement to provide a work environment conducive to success
- Responsible for processing payroll through ADP
- Research, benchmark, manage our comprehensive compensation, benefits, and perks offered
Job Requirements
- 4+ years of HR experience
- Must have experience working in the Financial Services Industry
- Bachelor’s degree required
- Must be able to work West Coast Hours
