About the Opportunity
Our client is a well-regarded, multi-strategy hedge fund in Manhattan that is seeking a strong and detail-oriented HR Coordinator to join their Human Resources team. The person in this role will be responsible for onboarding, new hires, time tracking, and offboarding. The annual base salary range is $160,000 to $200,000. Actual compensation offered to the successful candidate may vary from posted hiring range based upon geographic location, work experience, education, and/or skill level, among other things. Details about eligibility for bonus compensation (if applicable) will be finalized at the time of offer.
Job Responsibilities
- Work with the Head of HR to implement and assist with performance management and employee development reviews.
- Assist with the selection process of the HRIS and payroll system.
- Handle employee relations.
- Assist with and oversee the day-to-day efficient operation of the HR policies and best practices and ensure compliance in different locations.
- Perform other HR Generalist duties as assigned and provide administrative support to the human resource function as/when needed
Job Requirements
- At least 3 years of HR experience
- Bachelor’s degree preferred
- Must have Financial Service industry experience
