About the Opportunity
Our client is a Law Firm in New York City that is looking to hire a Legal Recruiting Manager for their team! The role will assist the Associate Director of Lateral Recruiting in managing lateral hiring processes. The ideal candidate will be developing recruitment strategies, fostering relationships with legal search firms, reviewing candidate resumes, and overseeing the scheduling of interviews, etc. The role collaborates closely with practice groups and their leaders, providing support for all facets of their lateral recruitment initiatives. This role offers a competitive salary, attractive benefits, and hybrid schedule.
The annual base salary range is $150,000 to $170,000. Actual compensation offered to the successful candidate may vary from posted hiring range based upon geographic location, work experience, education, and/or skill level, among other things. Details about eligibility for bonus compensation (if applicable) will be finalized at the time of offer.
Job Responsibilities
- Work closely with candidates, recruiters, and internal stakeholders of all levels to schedule and confirm interviews. These can be virtual as well as face-to-face / on-site interviews
- Communicate clearly and timely about schedules and changes if and when they occur
- Manage interview processes in the Applicant Tracking System
- Organize travel for candidates and/ or reserve conference rooms as and when needed
- Assist applicants during their onsite interviews
- Perform administrative support functions as necessary for the Recruiting team
- Participate in Recruiting, Summer Associate Program and Diversity, Equity and Inclusion Initiatives
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree required
- 3+ years of legal recruitment experience
