About the Opportunity
Our client, a top-tier professional sports organization in New York City, is seeking a contract Marketing Project Manager to lead large-scale event initiatives, drive revenue through ticketing and hospitality, and support strategic growth across North America.
The base pay for this position is $45 to $60 per hour. Actual compensation offered to the successful candidate may vary from posted hiring range based upon geographic location, work experience, education, and/or skill level, among other things. Details about eligibility for bonus compensation (if applicable) will be finalized at the time of offer.
Job Responsibilities
- Manage day-to-day planning and execution of major event platforms
- Drive ticketing, premium, and experiential revenue opportunities
- Collaborate with clubs on fan engagement and retention strategies
- Deliver reports, timelines, and updates to internal and external stakeholders
- Build strong relationships with partners and vendors
- Organize key data, assets, and documentation
Job Requirements
- 8+ years in sports, events, or marketing operations
- Strong project management, communication, and leadership skills
- Proficiency in PowerPoint and data analysis
- Willingness to travel and work non-traditional hours
