About the Opportunity
Our client is a reputable Financial Services Firm in Manhattan looking for an experienced Office Manager. The role will directly support five people and manage the day-to-day operations of an office of approximately 25 people. The team is known for being forward-thinking and collaborative. This position will be on-site Monday-Friday.
The annual base salary range is $90,000 to $115,000. Actual compensation offered to the successful candidate may vary from posted hiring range based upon geographic location, work experience, education, and/or skill level, among other things. Details about eligibility for bonus compensation (if applicable) will be finalized at the time of offer.
Responsibilities
- Maintain executives’ calendars, scheduling all meetings and conference calls, responding to e-mails and phone calls requesting meetings, and resolving meeting conflicts and prioritization issues
- Implement firm-wide office policies, procedures, and standards; develop processes to improve overall office
- Be responsible for procurement of office supplies and equipment (e.g., copiers, kitchen appliances)
- Manage and support office access badging, visitor management system, safety and security
- Prepare and submit all expense reports on a timely basis
- Ad hoc projects
Requirements
- Minimum of 4 years of Executive Assistant/ Office Manager experience
- Bachelors Degree preferred
- Experience in the Financial Services Industry is a huge plus
- Experience booking heavy travel is a must
