About the Opportunity:
This contract position involves providing comprehensive care in family practice, women's health, and pediatrics at a hospital facility. The role includes engaging in outpatient primary care with obstetrics care and participating in C-sections and neonatal admit/rounding. Physicians handle a patient volume of 18+ per day and function within a supportive clinic staffing model with panel sharing, MAs, and RNs. The role requires a commitment to either a two weeks on, two weeks off schedule or alternating weeks, with calls at least once a week and a weekend rotation with family practice OB providers.
The estimated base pay for these positions are $148.50 to $175.50 per hour. Actual compensation offered to the successful candidate may vary from posted hiring range based upon geographic location, work experience, education, and/or skill level, among other things. Details about eligibility for bonus compensation (if applicable) will be finalized at the time of offer.
Job Responsibilities:
- Conduct specific assessments and create care plans for family practice, women's health, and pediatric patients.
- Provide full spectrum women's health care, outpatient primary care with obstetric services, and perform C-sections.
- Collaborate with healthcare professionals to coordinate care within the staffing model.
- Monitor and document patient progress using the Epic EMR system.
Job Requirements:
- Relevant certifications: ACLS, BLS, PALS.
- Experience in women's health education and support for DNCs and pediatric care.
- Experience with Epic EMR system preferred.
- Strong communication and organizational skills.
