About the Opportunity:
This opportunity involves providing cardiology care to adult patients in a hospital setting. It is a part-time contract position with responsibilities including conducting consults upon request, E&M services, reading echo and nuclear studies, and providing care for patients admitted under Cone Health Heartcare. A manual log of charges is required.
The estimated base pay for these positions are $163.90 to $193.70 per hour. Actual compensation offered to the successful candidate may vary from posted hiring range based upon geographic location, work experience, education, and/or skill level, among other things. Details about eligibility for bonus compensation (if applicable) will be finalized at the time of offer.
Job Responsibilities:
- Conducting consults upon request and E&M services.
- Reading echo and nuclear studies performed in the hospital.
- Providing care for patients admitted under the heartcare program.
- Maintaining a manual log of all charges.
Job Requirements:
- Board Certification in Cardiology.
- Valid state of NC license.
- ACLS and BLS certifications.
- Minimum 1-2 years of relevant experience.
