About the Opportunity:
This physician contract position offers remote radiology services with a focus on high productivity emergency department radiology, covering subspecialties such as ER, Neuro, and Nuclear Medicine. The role requires reading XR, CT, MR, US, and NM modalities, performing 90 to 100 reads per 8-hour shift, and achieving 60 to 70 wRVUs per 8-hour shift. The schedule includes swing and overnight shifts on a 7-on, 7-off rotation.
The estimated base pay for these positions is $1254.00 to $1482.00 per hour. Actual compensation offered to the successful candidate may vary from posted hiring range based upon geographic location, work experience, education, and/or skill level, among other things. Details about eligibility for bonus compensation (if applicable) will be finalized at the time of offer.
Job Responsibilities:
- Conduct assessments and create care plans for ER, Neuro, and Nuclear Medicine cases.
- Provide diagnostic interpretations for modalities including XR, CT, MR, US, and NM.
- Collaborate with healthcare professionals to ensure accurate readings and patient care.
- Monitor and document radiology findings and patient progress.
- Stay informed on recent advancements in radiology practices.
Job Requirements:
- Board Certified in Radiology.
- Proficiency in XR, CT, MR, US, and NM modalities.
- Minimum of significant experience in emergency department radiology settings.
- Strong communication and organizational skills.
