About the Opportunity:
This full-time contract position involves providing remote radiology services, primarily focusing on high ED/IP volume reading. The role requires the provider to handle a diverse subspecialty case mix, including ER cases, and produce at least 8 wRVUs per hour. The workload includes 90 to 100 reads per 8-hour shift, covering modalities such as XR, CT, MR, US, and NM. Providers deliver specialized radiological assessments and collaborate with healthcare professionals to interpret diagnostic images accurately.
The estimated base pay for these positions are $1254.00 to $1482.00 per hour. Actual compensation offered to the successful candidate may vary from posted hiring range based upon geographic location, work experience, education, and/or skill level, among other things. Details about eligibility for bonus compensation (if applicable) will be finalized at the time of offer.
Job Responsibilities:
- Conducting high volume reading of diagnostic images (90 to 100 reads per shift).
- Providing subspecialty interpretations including ER cases.
- Collaborating with healthcare professionals to ensure accurate patient diagnostics.
- Monitoring productivity and achieving ~70 wRVUs per shift.
Job Requirements:
- Board Certified in Radiology.
- License to practice in the state from which reading occurs.
- Experience in high ED/IP volume reading.
- Proficiency in XR, CT, MR, US, NM modalities.
