About the Opportunity:
We seek a Nurse Practitioner for a position oriented towards working up patients for surgery, performing cystoscopies, and executing other in-office procedures. The role also involves assisting in surgeries, diagnosing and treating erectile dysfunction, kidney stones, and male incontinence. This is a full-time contract position working in both inpatient and outpatient settings, with privileges needed at both the hospital and a nearby urology clinic. Candidates must have a Washington state license.
The estimated base pay for these positions are $90.39 to $106.83 per hour. Actual compensation offered to the successful candidate may vary from posted hiring range based upon geographic location, work experience, education, and/or skill level, among other things. Details about eligibility for bonus compensation (if applicable) will be finalized at the time of offer.
Job Responsibilities:
- Conduct patient assessments and create care plans for urology-related conditions.
- Perform cystoscopies and other minor in-office procedures.
- Assist surgeons during operations.
- Diagnose and treat conditions including erectile dysfunction, kidney stones, and male incontinence.
- Collaborate with other healthcare professionals, such as MD/DOs, when required.
Job Requirements:
- Active Nurse Practitioner license in the state of Washington.
- Certifications in BLS and ACLS from the American Heart Association or American Red Cross.
- Proficiency in using the EPIC electronic medical record system.
- Experience in urology preferred.
