About the Opportunity:
As an RN providing care at Casa Real, engage in delivering high-quality nursing services to patients. This is a full-time contract position.
The estimated base pay for these positions are $28.33 to $33.48 per hour. Actual compensation offered to the successful candidate may vary from posted hiring range based upon geographic location, work experience, education, and/or skill level, among other things. Details about eligibility for bonus compensation (if applicable) will be finalized at the time of offer.
Job Responsibilities:
- Conduct comprehensive patient assessments and create individualized care plans.
- Provide direct patient care and administer medications and treatments.
- Collaborate with physicians and other healthcare professionals to coordinate care.
- Monitor and document patient progress and report changes as necessary.
- Stay informed on nursing practices and healthcare regulations.
Job Requirements:
- Current RN license in the state of New Mexico.
- Minimum of 1 year nursing experience in a healthcare setting.
- Strong communication and organizational skills.
