About the Opportunity:
The RN has a critical role in providing comprehensive care to patients. This part-time contract position involves implementing patient care plans, administering medications, and assessing patient needs to promote optimal health. RN collaborates with other healthcare professionals to ensure a high standard of care.
The estimated base pay for this position is $39.60 to $46.80 per hour. Actual compensation offered to the successful candidate may vary from the posted hiring range based upon geographic location, work experience, education, and/or skill level, among other things. Details about eligibility for bonus compensation (if applicable) will be finalized at the time of offer.
Job Responsibilities:
- Conduct patient assessments and create individualized care plans.
- Provide educational resources and support to patients and families.
- Collaborate with physicians and other healthcare professionals to coordinate care.
- Monitor and document patient progress and any changes in condition.
- Stay informed on best practices and current research in nursing care.
Job Requirements:
- Current RN license in good standing.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in a clinical or healthcare setting.
- Strong communication and organizational skills.
