About the Opportunity:
In this part-time contract position, registered nurses provide comprehensive care to patients in a skilled nursing facility setting. They manage patient assessments, implement care plans, and deliver personalized care by collaborating with an interdisciplinary healthcare team. RNs focus on enhancing the quality of life for patients through efficient, compassionate care.
The estimated base pay for these positions are $35.89 to $42.41 per hour. Actual compensation offered to the successful candidate may vary from posted hiring range based upon geographic location, work experience, education, and/or skill level, among other things. Details about eligibility for bonus compensation (if applicable) will be finalized at the time of offer.
Job Responsibilities:
- Conduct comprehensive patient assessments and create tailored care plans.
- Administer medications and treatments efficiently and accurately.
- Collaborate with healthcare professionals including physicians, therapists, and nursing assistants to coordinate care.
- Monitor patient progress and document changes in condition or treatment response.
- Stay informed on best practices and advances in nursing care.
Job Requirements:
- Current RN license in the state of Rhode Island.
- Minimum of one year of experience in a clinical or long-term care setting.
- Strong communication and organizational skills.
