About the Opportunity:
Join a team dedicated to providing high-quality care in Labor & Delivery as a Registered Nurse. This full-time contract position requires floating to the Postpartum department and mandatory float to the RR Perinatal Department. Work involves weekend and holiday rotation.
The estimated base pay for these positions are $53.35 to $63.05 per hour. Actual compensation offered to the successful candidate may vary from posted hiring range based upon geographic location, work experience, education, and/or skill level, among other things. Details about eligibility for bonus compensation (if applicable) will be finalized at the time of offer.
Job Responsibilities:
- Conduct assessments and create care plans for labor and delivery patients.
- Provide specialized care and education to expectant mothers during labor and delivery.
- Collaborate with healthcare professionals in the Perinatal Department to ensure comprehensive care.
- Monitor and document patient progress throughout the labor and delivery process.
- Stay informed on the latest practices and guidelines in Labor & Delivery.
Job Requirements:
- Must have a valid CA RN license. EMSA not accepted.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in Labor & Delivery.
- Certifications required: BLS and NRP.
- Preferably have BSN or MSN qualifications.
- Must have travel experience in similar roles.
- Ability to float across Labor & Delivery and Perinatal departments as needed.
