About the Opportunity:
Provide high-quality nursing care as a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) in a part-time contract position. Deliver essential patient services, administer medications, and support patient comfort and recovery. Coordinate with a team of healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive patient care.
The estimated base pay for these positions are $26.26 to $31.04 per hour. Actual compensation offered to the successful candidate may vary from posted hiring range based upon geographic location, work experience, education, and/or skill level, among other things. Details about eligibility for bonus compensation (if applicable) will be finalized at the time of offer.
Job Responsibilities:
- Conduct patient assessments and assist in creating personalized care plans.
- Provide medication administration and monitor patient response.
- Collaborate with registered nurses and physicians to coordinate care.
- Monitor and document patient progress and any changes in condition.
- Stay informed on nursing best practices and protocols.
Job Requirements:
- Current LPN certification.
- Minimum of one year experience in a healthcare setting.
- Excellent communication and organizational skills.
