About the Opportunity:
Serve as a Licensed Practical Nurse providing high-quality patient care in the Northeast Region. This is a weekend part-time contract position focused on ensuring patient comfort and administering prescribed medications. Deliver essential clinical and administrative support under the supervision of registered nurses and healthcare professionals.
The estimated base pay for these positions are $25.30 to $29.90 per hour. Actual compensation offered to the successful candidate may vary from posted hiring range based upon geographic location, work experience, education, and/or skill level, among other things. Details about eligibility for bonus compensation (if applicable) will be finalized at the time of offer.
Job Responsibilities:
- Conduct patient assessments and assist in the creation of care plans.
- Administer medications and monitor patients for reactions or side effects.
- Collaborate with registered nurses and physicians to coordinate patient care.
- Document and report changes in patient conditions to appropriate staff.
- Stay informed on nursing practices and patient care procedures.
Job Requirements:
- Current LPN license in Maine.
- Minimum of 1 year of experience in a clinical setting preferred.
- Strong communication and organizational skills.
