About the Opportunity:
This full-time contract position involves providing comprehensive patient care and monitoring vital signs, administering medications, and ensuring patient comfort and safety. The role requires close collaboration with registered nurses and other healthcare professionals to deliver high-quality care.
The estimated base pay for these positions are $24.89 to $29.41 per hour. Actual compensation offered to the successful candidate may vary from posted hiring range based upon geographic location, work experience, education, and/or skill level, among other things. Details about eligibility for bonus compensation (if applicable) will be finalized at the time of offer.
Job Responsibilities:
- Conduct thorough patient assessments and create personalized care plans.
- Provide medication administration and wound care.
- Collaborate with registered nurses and physicians to coordinate care.
- Monitor and document patient progress and report changes to the healthcare team.
- Stay informed on current nursing practices and protocols.
Job Requirements:
- Valid LPN license.
- Minimum one year of experience in a clinical setting.
- Strong communication and organizational skills.
