About the Opportunity:
This is a full-time contract position for an LPN in Gallup, NM. The role involves providing care to patients, supporting their treatment plans, and ensuring a high level of quality and attention.
The estimated base pay for these positions are $29.56 to $34.94 per hour. Actual compensation offered to the successful candidate may vary from posted hiring range based upon geographic location, work experience, education, and/or skill level, among other things. Details about eligibility for bonus compensation (if applicable) will be finalized at the time of offer.
Job Responsibilities:
- Conduct assessments and create care plans for patients.
- Provide medications and treatments as prescribed.
- Collaborate with healthcare professionals to coordinate care.
- Monitor and document patient progress.
Job Requirements:
- Active LPN license.
- Minimum 1 year of experience working in a healthcare setting.
