About the Opportunity:
Provide expert care as a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) in a dynamic healthcare setting. Responsible for delivering essential nursing services, you address patient needs, administer medications, and collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive care. Utilize your skills in documentation and communication to enhance patient outcomes. This is a full-time contract position.
The estimated base pay for these positions are $26.54 to $31.36 per hour. Actual compensation offered to the successful candidate may vary from posted hiring range based upon geographic location, work experience, education, and/or skill level, among other things. Details about eligibility for bonus compensation (if applicable) will be finalized at the time of offer.
Job Responsibilities:
- Conduct patient assessments and create individualized care plans.

Job Requirements:
