About the Opportunity:
Provide skilled nursing care to patients in a part-time contract position. Collaborate with healthcare teams to ensure comprehensive patient care and follow established guidelines and protocols to deliver high-quality nursing services. Maintain patient records and communicate effectively with patients and their families.
The estimated base pay for these positions are $26.81 to $31.69 per hour. Actual compensation offered to the successful candidate may vary from posted hiring range based upon geographic location, work experience, education, and/or skill level, among other things. Details about eligibility for bonus compensation (if applicable) will be finalized at the time of offer.
Job Responsibilities:
- Conduct patient assessments and develop nursing care plans.
- Provide wound care and administer medications as prescribed.
- Collaborate with physicians, registered nurses, and healthcare team members to coordinate patient care.
- Monitor and document patient progress and report changes as necessary.
- Stay informed on nursing best practices and healthcare regulations.
Job Requirements:
- Licensed Practical Nurse certification.
- Minimum of 1 year of experience in a hospital or clinical setting.
- Strong communication and organizational skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
