About the Opportunity:
Join our team as a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) providing high-quality patient care in a dynamic healthcare setting. This full-time contract position involves administering medications, monitoring vital signs, and collaborating with a multidisciplinary team to ensure optimal patient outcomes.
The estimated base pay for this position is $27.23 to $32.18 per hour. Actual compensation offered to the successful candidate may vary from posted hiring range based upon geographic location, work experience, education, and/or skill level, among other things. Details about eligibility for bonus compensation (if applicable) are finalized at the time of offer.
Job Responsibilities:
- Conduct patient assessments and create individualized care plans.
- Provide accurate and timely medication administration and education.
- Collaborate with physicians, nurses, and other healthcare professionals to coordinate care.
- Monitor and document patient progress accurately and efficiently.
- Stay informed on best practices within the nursing field.
Job Requirements:
- Current LPN license in the state of New Mexico.
- Minimum of 1 year of experience in a clinical setting.
- Strong communication and organizational skills.
