About the Opportunity:
This full-time contract opportunity focuses on providing comprehensive care to patients in a structured environment. As a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN), you provide direct patient care, administer medications, and collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure optimal patient outcomes. You document patient progress and stay informed on best practices in patient care.
The estimated base pay for these positions are $29.56 to $34.94 per hour. Actual compensation offered to the successful candidate may vary from posted hiring range based upon geographic location, work experience, education, and/or skill level, among other things. Details about eligibility for bonus compensation (if applicable) will be finalized at the time of offer.
Job Responsibilities:
- Conduct assessments and create individualized care plans.
- Administer prescribed therapies and medications.

Job Requirements:
- Current LPN certification required.
