About the Opportunity:
Provide comprehensive nursing care to patients at Oak Grove Center. This full-time contract position involves administering medications, monitoring vital signs, and delivering patient education.
The estimated base pay for these positions are $33.00 to $39.00 per hour. Actual compensation offered to the successful candidate may vary from posted hiring range based upon geographic location, work experience, education, and/or skill level, among other things. Details about eligibility for bonus compensation (if applicable) are finalized at the time of offer.
Job Responsibilities:
- Conduct patient assessments and create individualized care plans.
- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed.
- Collaborate with doctors, therapists, and other healthcare professionals to coordinate care.
- Monitor and document patient progress and adjust care plans as necessary.
- Stay informed on best practices and innovations in nursing care.
Job Requirements:
- Current Registered Nurse (RN) license.
- Minimum 1-2 years of experience in a similar setting preferred.
