About the Opportunity:
This full-time contract RN position involves providing patient-centered care at the Pembroke Center. The applicant assesses patient health problems and needs, develops and implements nursing care plans, and maintains medical records. This role requires a commitment to working 4 twelve-hour shifts one week and 3 twelve-hour shifts the next, including every other weekend.
The estimated base pay for these positions is $32.45 to $38.35 per hour. Actual compensation offered to the successful candidate may vary from posted hiring range based upon geographic location, work experience, education, and/or skill level, among other things. Details about eligibility for bonus compensation (if applicable) will be finalized at the time of offer.
Job Responsibilities:
- Conduct assessments and create individualized care plans.
- Provide necessary medical services and patient education.

- Monitor and document patient progress and response to treatments.

Job Requirements:
- Current RN license.
- Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in a healthcare setting.
