About the Opportunity:
This contract position requires a Registered Nurse (RN) in Radiology to cover multiple sites. The RN provides critical patient care, monitors patient conditions, and collaborates with radiology staff to ensure accurate assessments. This is a part-time position with weekend rotations.
The estimated base pay for these positions are $60.50 to $71.50 per hour. Actual compensation offered to the successful candidate may vary from posted hiring range based upon geographic location, work experience, education, and/or skill level, among other things. Details about eligibility for bonus compensation (if applicable) will be finalized at the time of offer.
Job Responsibilities:
- Conduct assessments and create patient care plans for radiology services.
- Provide education and support to patients undergoing radiological procedures.
- Collaborate with radiologists and radiology technicians to coordinate comprehensive care.
- Monitor and document patient progress and response to radiology treatments.
- Stay informed on new radiology technologies and practices.
Job Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Nursing.
- Current NJ or compact RN license.
- ACLS, BLS, and PALS certifications.
- 1 year of experience in a radiology setting preferred.
- Cat Scan and MRI experience preferred, with training provided for qualified candidates.
