About the Opportunity:
This is a full-time contract position for a Registered Nurse specializing in Radiology at a high-energy Diagnostic Imaging environment. The role involves providing care for patients undergoing CT scans, MRIs, Nuclear Medicine scans, X-rays, and ultrasounds. Good communication skills and the ability to critically think are essential. The position requires working 4×10 hour shifts from Monday to Saturday, with weekday and weekend on-call requirements, holidays as per unit needs.
The estimated base pay for these positions are $63.25 to $74.75 per hour. Actual compensation offered to the successful candidate may vary from posted hiring range based upon geographic location, work experience, education, and/or skill level, among other things. Details about eligibility for bonus compensation (if applicable) are finalized at the time of offer.
Job Responsibilities:
- Conducting patient assessments and creating appropriate care plans.
- Providing care for patients undergoing various imaging procedures.
- Collaborating with a multidisciplinary team to coordinate patient care.
- Monitoring and documenting patient progress and response to procedures.
Job Requirements:
- New York RN license.
- BLS and ACLS certifications from the American Heart Association.
- Minimum of 2 years' Registered Nursing experience.
- Minimum of 2 years of Interventional Radiology (IR) experience.
- Required telemetry experience.
