About the Opportunity:
This contract opportunity involves providing quality nursing care at the Red Rocks Care Center. This role entails direct patient care, monitoring health conditions, administering treatments and medications, coordinating with healthcare professionals, and ensuring a compassionate and therapeutic environment. This is a full-time contract position.
The estimated base pay for these positions are $29.29 to $34.61 per hour. Actual compensation offered to the successful candidate may vary from posted hiring range based upon geographic location, work experience, education, and/or skill level, among other things. Details about eligibility for bonus compensation (if applicable) will be finalized at the time of offer.
Job Responsibilities:
- Conducting comprehensive assessments and creating individualized care plans.
- Providing medication administration and wound care.
- Collaborating with physicians, specialists, and other healthcare professionals to coordinate patient care.
- Monitoring and documenting patient progress accurately and timely.
- Staying informed on nursing best practices and advancements in healthcare.
Job Requirements:
- Registered Nurse (RN) certification.
- Minimum of two years of experience in a clinical setting.
- Preferred experience with nursing care in a similar facility.
- Key skills required include strong communication, organization, and clinical skills.
