About the Opportunity:
Join our team as a Licensed Behavioral Health Professional at Bullock CF, providing critical inpatient mental health services to patients. This is a full-time contract position with shifts from 9 AM to 5:30 PM.
The estimated base pay for these positions are $40.70 to $48.10 per hour. Actual compensation offered to the successful candidate may vary from posted hiring range based upon geographic location, work experience, education, and/or skill level, among other things. Details about eligibility for bonus compensation (if applicable) will be finalized at the time of offer.
Job Responsibilities:
- Conduct comprehensive mental health assessments and create individualized care plans.
- Provide therapeutic interventions and psychoeducation to individuals and groups.
- Collaborate with psychiatrists, nurses, and other healthcare professionals to coordinate patient care.
- Monitor and document patient progress and treatment outcomes accurately.
- Stay informed on the latest research and practices in mental health care.
Job Requirements:
- Current licensure as a Behavioral Health Professional.
- Minimum of two years of experience in an inpatient mental health setting.
- Strong therapeutic and communication skills are essential.
- Experience with evidence-based therapeutic interventions preferred.
