About the Opportunity:
We have an exciting opportunity for a full-time Ultrasound Tech specializing in Maternal Fetal care. The role involves conducting 7-10 patient scans daily, with a mixture of obstetric exam types and occasional gynecologic scans. This position serves adolescents, adults, and geriatrics, offering a standard schedule of Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM to 4:30 PM, with no weekend or on-call requirements.
The estimated base pay for these positions are $55.00 to $65.00 per hour. Actual compensation offered to the successful candidate may vary from posted hiring range based upon geographic location, work experience, education, and/or skill level, among other things. Details about eligibility for bonus compensation (if applicable) will be finalized at the time of offer.
Job Responsibilities:
- Conduct specific assessments and create care plans for maternal fetal examinations.
- Provide diverse OB/GYN imaging services using GE equipment.
- Collaborate with radiologists and other healthcare professionals to coordinate patient care.
- Monitor and document patient progress in the EPIC charting system.
- Stay informed on the latest in maternal fetal medicine and high-risk obstetric practices.
Job Requirements:
- ARDMS OB/GYN certification and Basic Life Support (BLS) certification.
- Minimum one year of experience in Maternal Fetal Medicine.
- Proficient in the use of GE Voluson E10 equipment.
- Excellent communication and organizational skills.
- Experience with the EPIC charting system is preferred.
