About the Opportunity
Our client is a well-regarded financial services firm in Miami seeking a highly organized and proactive Office Manager to lead day-to-day operations and support a premium workplace experience. This critical role serves as the go-to resource for all on-site needs and partners closely with leadership, vendors, and internal teams to ensure efficient office functionality and a high standard of service. The ideal candidate is solutions-oriented, operationally savvy, and thrives in fast-paced, professional environments. This is an exciting opportunity to take ownership of a high-visibility office and lead the build-out and relocation of a key corporate space. This is a full-time, on-site role based in Miami, with occasional travel to other office locations.
The annual base salary range is $90,000 to $140,000. Actual compensation offered to the successful candidate may vary from posted hiring range based upon geographic location, work experience, education, and/or skill level, among other things. Details about eligibility for bonus compensation (if applicable) will be finalized at the time of offer.
Job Responsibilities
- Oversee daily office operations, acting as the go-to resource for all on-site needs and issues
- Collaborate with contractors, vendors, and internal teams to support project execution
- Provide operational support to additional office locations as needed, which may include occasional travel
- Manage all facilities-related functions including office supplies and routine maintenance
- Serve as the key liaison to leadership on operational matters, ensuring clear communication and alignment with organizational standards
- Maintain a premium, “white glove” level of service
- Lead the Miami office build-out project, serving as the primary point of contact for the office relocation to ensure on-time, high-quality completion
Job Requirements
- 6+ years experience in office management/facilities management
- Proactive and capable of working with minimal direction
- Open to occasional travel to support operations at other office locations
- Highly organized and solutions-oriented
