About the Opportunity
Our client, a well-regarded financial services firm based in New York City, is seeking a highly organized and proactive Senior Executive Assistant to support senior leadership in a fast-paced, high-performance environment. This critical role offers the opportunity to work closely with top executives, contributing to day-to-day efficiency while managing complex schedules, projects, and communications. The ideal candidate is polished, resourceful, and thrives under pressure. You’ll serve as a trusted partner to executive leadership, ensuring seamless coordination of tasks, clear communication, and exceptional operational support. This is a high-visibility position with exposure to key stakeholders and business priorities.
The annual base salary is up to $135,000. Actual compensation offered to the successful candidate may vary from posted hiring range based upon geographic location, work experience, education, and/or skill level, among other things. Details about eligibility for bonus compensation (if applicable) will be finalized at the time of offer.
Job Responsibilities
- Manage appointment calendars, coordinate meetings, review mail, as directed monitor budget, and respond as appropriate
- Work on projects in PowerPoint and Excel for Executive members
- Process and manage confidential material and information with a high level of discretion
- Coordinate complex international and domestic travel arrangements, including flights, accommodations, ground transportation, and itineraries
- Prepare, track, and reconcile expense reports using Concur, ensuring timely and accurate submission in compliance with corporate guidelines
- Create, format, and manage PowerPoint presentations to ensure visual consistency, clarity, and alignment with brand guidelines
Job Requirements
- 3+ years of experience as an Executive Assistant
- Experience working in a financial services industry
- Completed Bachelors Degree
- Strong familiarity with Microsoft Office Suite, including Outlook
