About the Opportunity
Our client, a well-regarded financial services firm based in New York City, is seeking an experienced Travel and Expense (T&E) Manager to oversee all aspects of employee travel and expense operations. This role is responsible for ensuring compliance with company policies, maintaining accurate reporting, and supporting employees and leadership with all T&E-related needs.
The ideal candidate has extensive experience managing travel and expense systems such as Concur, supporting large employee populations, and providing analytical insight into spend trends. You’ll serve as the primary point of contact for T&E inquiries, oversee corporate card programs, and collaborate closely with Accounting and Finance teams to enhance processes and policies. This role follows a hybrid work schedule and offers attractive benefits as well as a pleasant and supportive environment.
The annual base salary range is $100,000 to $130,000. Actual compensation offered to the successful candidate may vary from posted hiring range based upon geographic location, work experience, education, and/or skill level, among other things. Details about eligibility for bonus compensation (if applicable) will be finalized at the time of the offer.
Job Responsibilities
- Review and process employee travel and expense reports in accordance with company policies and procedures
- Audit expense submissions, analyze quarterly reports on travel and expense trends, including corporate credit card spend analysis
- Serve as the primary point of contact for travel and expense (T&E) inquiries, providing guidance, support, and training to employees
- Administer and maintain T&E systems, including managing user access, updating policies, and assisting with technical configurations
- Act as the program administrator for corporate card services
- Contribute to the development, review, and enhancement of travel and expense policies
- Perform additional ad hoc tasks and provide support to the Accounts Payable and Corporate Accounting teams as needed
Job Requirements
- 6+ years of experience with Time & Expense
- Has previously supported a employee population above 500+
- Experience with Concur
- Bachelor’s Degree
- Strong organization and communication skills
