Atlas Search is pleased to announce the recent appointment of Anthony Rodriguez to launch its Front Office (FO) Division.
Mr. Rodriguez is an experienced former Sell-Side/Buy-Side trader with a vast network and expertise related to financial markets. He has an extensive track record in managing client relationships, identifying best execution strategies, distributing, and creating market-related content, business development, and revenue generation opportunities.
His career is focused on representing Front Office professionals, particularly Portfolio Managers, Investment Bankers and Traders. He is regularly engaged in strategic searches of various types, including Chief Investment Officer, Portfolio Manager, Traders, Quants, as well as Research Analysts. He has served as a trusted adviser to an expansive list of investment firms at the Executive level, where growth, trends, and revenue generating opportunities are paramount. He advises clients on matters of hiring, structure, business strategy and assists in implementing such strategies to best support their business.
Formerly with Tandym Group, Mr. Rodriguez led their Hedge Fund business and is recognized as one of the top performers globally in the area of Front Office recruiting.
In his new role with Atlas Search, he intends to build a world class Front Office Division, while creating meaningful growth in the areas across our firm.
