We are seeking dedicated and compassionate Registered Nurses (RNs) for full-time contract roles across outpatient and acute care settings within one of New York City’s most prestigious healthcare systems. The base pay for this position is $60 to $75 per hour. Actual compensation offered to the successful candidate may vary from posted hiring range based upon geographic location, work experience, education, and/or skill level, among other things. Details about eligibility for bonus compensation (if applicable) will be finalized at the time of offer.
Job Responsibilities
- erform thorough patient assessments and respond to changes in condition
- Develop, implement, and evaluate individualized care plans
- Administer medications, treatments, and procedures as ordered
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure comprehensive care
- Provide patient and family education regarding diagnoses, care, and discharge planning
- Document care accurately and efficiently in EMR systems
- Adhere to hospital and unit-specific policies and safety standards
Job Requirements
- Active New York State RN license – Required
- Minimum 2 years of RN experience in a healthcare setting – Required
- Experience in outpatient or acute care strongly preferred
- BLS (required); additional certifications (ACLS, PALS, etc.) may be required depending on unit
- Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) – Required
