About the Opportunity
We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Nurse Practitioner (NP) or Physician Assistant (PA) to join our client’s team in Brooklyn and provide high-quality telehealth services from their clinic office. In this role, you will offer virtual care to patients, ensuring comprehensive assessments, diagnoses, treatment plans, and follow-up care through secure telehealth platforms. You will work in a supportive environment, collaborating with clinical staff to ensure the best possible outcomes for their patients.
The base pay for this position is $68 to $80 per hour. Actual compensation offered to the successful candidate may vary from posted hiring range based upon geographic location, work experience, education, and/or skill level, among other things. Details about eligibility for bonus compensation (if applicable) will be finalized at the time of offer.
Job Responsibilities
- Provide telehealth consultations, including patient assessments, diagnosis, and treatment
- Develop and implement individualized care plans
- Conduct virtual follow-up visits and monitor patient progress
- Educate patients and their families on health conditions, treatments, and preventive care
- Collaborate with physicians, specialists, and other healthcare team members to deliver coordinated care
- Maintain thorough and accurate electronic medical records (EMR)
- Ensure compliance with all telehealth regulations and clinic policies
Job Requirements
- Nurse Practitioner (NP) or Physician Assistant (PA) license in New York
- Minimum of 1 year of clinical experience in a relevant field (family medicine, internal medicine, or a specialty)
- Strong communication skills and the ability to provide patient care via telehealth technologies
- Proficiency with electronic medical records and telehealth platforms
- A compassionate, patient-centered approach to care
