About the Opportunity
Our client, a global leader in the private equity fund administration space, is seeking a skilled Senior FP&A Analyst to join their team in New York City. This is an exciting consulting opportunity to support critical financial decision-making within a dynamic and high-performing team. The base pay for this position is $45 to $50 per hour. Actual compensation offered to the successful candidate may vary from posted hiring range based upon geographic location, work experience, education, and/or skill level, among other things. Details about eligibility for bonus compensation (if applicable) will be finalized at the time of offer.
Job Responsibilities
- Conduct financial analysis, including forecasting, budgeting, and variance analysis to inform strategic decisions
- Develop and maintain financial models and forecasts to support business performance
- Track and update FX rates monthly in the financial system
- Assist with global result consolidation and maintain FP&A reporting structures
- Analyze market trends, benchmarks, and competitive landscape for financial planning
- Evaluate investment opportunities and provide financial models and projections
- Prepare and present financial reports to senior management, offering insights into trends and improvement opportunities
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support decision-making and financial best practices
Job Requirements
- A Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business, Economics, or a related field
- A minimum of 2 years of experience in financial analysis
- Expertise in financial modeling, budgeting, and data analysis, with advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and financial software
- Strong communication skills, with the ability to present complex financial data to non-financial stakeholders
- Ability to collaborate effectively with global teams
