About the Opportunity
We are seeking an experienced and compassionate OB/GYN physician to join our client’s growing women’s health team in Nassau County, New York. This position focuses on providing high-quality prenatal, gynecologic, and preventive care in an outpatient setting. The annual base salary range is $200,000 to $240,000. Actual compensation offered to the successful candidate may vary from posted hiring range based upon geographic location, work experience, education, and/or skill level, among other things. Details about eligibility for bonus compensation (if applicable) will be finalized at the time of offer.
Job Responsibilities
- Deliver comprehensive prenatal and gynecologic services in a supportive outpatient environment
- Partner with primary care providers to coordinate treatment plans and ensure continuity of care
- Provide consultative services as needed for complex patient cases
- Participate in case reviews, quality assurance programs, and patient satisfaction initiatives
- Engage in community outreach and health screenings to expand access to care
- Contribute to a multidisciplinary, patient-centered approach to women’s health
- Stay current with clinical knowledge through CME activities, professional reading, and networking
- Maintain accurate documentation and high standards of medical record-keeping
- Actively participate in departmental and site-based meetings
- Perform additional duties related to program development and service enhancement as assigned
Job Requirements
- Graduate of an accredited medical school with completion of OB/GYN residency training
- Licensed or eligible for licensure in the state of New York
- Board certified or board eligible in Obstetrics and Gynecology
- Minimum of 1–2 years of post-residency experience preferred
- Willingness to provide coverage at multiple practice locations if needed
- Bilingual proficiency in English and Spanish or French/Creole strongly preferred
