We are seeking passionate Nursing Educators in New York City who want to bring a holistic, relationship-centered approach to nursing education. The annual base pay for this position is $8,000 per semester. Actual compensation offered to the successful candidate may vary from posted hiring range based upon geographic location, work experience, education, and/or skill level, among other things. Details about eligibility for bonus compensation (if applicable) will be finalized at the time of offer.
Roles Available
- Full-Time Faculty (12-month position): Teach three clinical groups per academic year (three trimesters)
- Adjunct Faculty (Part-Time): Teach one or two clinical groups per semester
- Each clinical group typically includes 5–8 students, with 12-hour clinical days at hospitals and clinical sites across NYC’s five boroughs

Job Responsibilities
- Provide clinical instruction to small groups of nursing students in hospital and community settings
- Facilitate learning experiences that integrate holistic and traditional nursing approaches
- Evaluate student performance, provide feedback, and support professional growth
- Foster an inclusive environment that encourages critical thinking, compassion, and collaboration
- Engage in ongoing professional development and uphold academic and clinical standards
- Collaborate with program leadership and colleagues to maintain quality education and compliance with nursing education requirements
Job Requirements
- Master’s degree in Nursing (MSN) required; Doctorate (PhD, DNP, or EdD) preferred
- Active or eligible New York State RN license (required regardless of current state of residence)
- Prior teaching experience preferred; willingness to mentor and train new educators also valued
- Passion for integrative, holistic health principles and a student-centered teaching philosophy
- Flexibility to teach at various NYC hospitals or clinical sites (examples: Harlem Hospital, Jamaica Hospital)
