About the Opportunity
Our client is a leading global investment firm seeking a Loan Operations Specialist to join their team. This contract-to-perm role provides exposure to a wide range of portfolio and investment activities, supporting multiple teams across the organization.
The annual base salary range is $67,000 to $83,000. Actual compensation offered to the successful candidate may vary from posted hiring range based upon geographic location, work experience, education, and/or skill level, among other things. Details about eligibility for bonus compensation (if applicable) will be finalized at the time of offer.
Job Responsibilities
- Manage daily portfolio and operational activity, ensuring accuracy and efficiency
- Oversee reconciliation processes and coordinate with internal and external stakeholders
- Assist with reporting, close processes, and other routine financial operations
- Support team members across finance, operations, and investment functions on ad-hoc requests and projects
- Contribute to process improvements and maintain high operational standards
Job Requirements
- 1+ years of experience in finance, accounting, or investment operations
- Understanding of financial instruments, agreements, or settlements is helpful
- Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks
- Degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field
- Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams
