About the Opportunity
Atlas Search is actively hiring for our Operations team in New York City!
We are seeking early-career professionals (0-4 years of experience) who are eager to build a long-term career in the recruiting space. This is for an Operations Associate role (recruiting operations) based in our Midtown Manhattan office. Candidates must be able to work on-site full-time.
The annual base salary range is $45,000 to $50,000 + bonus. Actual compensation offered to the successful candidate may vary from posted hiring range based upon geographic location, work experience, education, and/or skill level, among other things. Details about eligibility for bonus compensation (if applicable) will be finalized at the time of offer.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree from an accredited university
- 0-4 years of experience in recruiting, sales, or related field
