About the Opportunity
Our client is a leader in the world’s alternative investment marketplace, and they are seeking a Coupa Consultant to join their dynamic team in Greenwich, CT. Dedicated to transforming and optimizing their procurement processes, they are looking for the right individual to help streamline their Coupa development.
The base pay for this temp-to-perm position is $45 to $55 per hour. Actual compensation offered to the successful candidate may vary from posted hiring range based upon geographic location, work experience, education, and/or skill level, among other things. Details about eligibility for bonus compensation (if applicable) will be finalized at the time of offer.
Job Responsibilities
- Administration of Coupa, NetSuite, and other financial applications
- Lead and manage large-scale implementation, and enhancement projects including objectives, timelines, resources, risks, statuses, action items, key decisions, business readiness, etc.
- Provide exceptional support for end-user service request tickets while enforcing process controls
- Serve as a SME project resource on multiple initiatives across various teams including implementation projects, integrations, system enhancements, data stewardship, etc.
- Conduct end-user training and update knowledge-base articles
- Act as a liaison between finance, technology, data, and other cross-functional teams
- Assist in project management with third-party vendors and consulting teams
- Coordinate scheduling and communications for system upgrades and deployments
- Identify process efficiencies and make recommendations on process improvements
- Document policies, procedures, and training materials
Job Requirements
- Certified Coupa administrator
- 6+ years of experience
- Project manager on at least 5 full implementations
- PMP preferred
- Experience working with NetSuite and Coupa software
- Experience supporting integrations is a plus
- Experience with JavaScript and SuiteScript is a plus
- Accounting or finance related experience preferred
- Experience with M&A activities (process adaptation, data migration, etc.) is preferred
